Program Used Ford Fusion PCM ECM using VNCI VCM3

  Here we have a used Ford Fusion PCM ECM to program using VNCI VCM3 with GODIAG Cables . GODIAG Cables will fit in multiple works. Check out all pins and connect module to VCM3. Run IDS. We are going to change and program VIN. Run VNCI Device Manager. If the manager won't respond, Unplug and plug the VCI. Always update VNCI firmware. Select Start New session>>All other Keep PCM away from Internet and timeout, that's what we want. Skip all notes until the VIN info screen. Enter the Vin to be programmed into used PCM. Now we need to enter tear tag number. Go to website " www.motorcraftservice.com ". Search for tear tag by a VIN number. Enter odometer. Enter Solenoid Body Strategy which is on transmission module. Download required files from the server. Enter ECM info. Wait for programming to be done. If we program it for a replacement, we need to do parameter reset now. Select Toolbox>>Body>>Security>>PATS Functions Wait for the 10-minute proce

Opel E98 ECU Recovery with OBDSTAR DC706 Success

  Here we are required to recover an Opel E98. We tried writing the ECU with Xhorse but it failed, so we will use OBDSTAR DC706 . All the way straight to E98 menu. As we can see, we need two 100ohm resistors and set it to boot mode. For this one, we don't need any 120ohm resistor between can high and can low. Here we have bench mode and boot mode, because we have to recover the ecu. Make sure strong Internet connection. We have to get a shadow flash password whereby we already read ecu to give out the file for it. Wait for it to check the password, so we can go into boot mode and write flash and eeprom onto. Write eeprom file that we already read before. Write Internal flash file. This flash file is huge, so it take much time. Someone posted when Xhorse Multi Prog erased data before it writes data, it got to like 40% and it went off. The next day when the Internet was strong and it was able to read all 100% and the ecu is back to alive. Then we go to bench mode. Now we have VIN

  Autel released their MQB-RH850 cluster solution, that is Autel APB131 Adapter . Here we will try it on a mk7 golf 3426 MQB cluster with IM508S and XP400PRO . In IM508S , We enter VW Expert Selection menu. Select MQB instrument cluster>>RH850 locked (via dump)>>D70F3426 Select "Read Flash Data via Programmer". Connect APB131 Adapter according to diagrams, no components to be removed like in Xhorse Key Tool Plus. Read cluster data. Desolder and read EEPROM via "Read EEPROM(95128) data via programmer". Select "Calculate IMMO Data". Load EEPROM and cluster data. Decode IMMO data. Then we just continue "Make Dealer Key" and "Key learning" in vehicle to finish programming. Done!
