How to Fix TOPDON TopScan Pro Firmware Update Error?

 

One customer gave feedback that TopScan Pro would require him to do a firmware update when it was plugged into a vehicle, but it just kept saying Bluetooth connection failed.

Here is the Solution:

Come out of TOPDON software and enter Bluetooth settings.

Here the "JV..." is the TOPDON VCI.

Turn on Contact sharing.
