Xhorse MQB48 Solderless Adapter Using Tips

 

Xhorse MQB48 Solderless Adapter Set is designed to read/ write VW MQB48 cluster data.

1.Support List

2.Soldering Tips

Generally, with these adapters users don't have to solder cables, but there is the exception like D70F3529 cluster with the special pin reset.

For this cluster, users need to connect pin reset on adapter to pin reset on pcb and insulate pin reset on pcb using insulation tapes.

3.Align Pin

If adapters are not aligned with pins on cluster pcb, users can fix it by a small bridge/ soldering.

Review: VW Golf mk7 dash 5G0920860A pin point of GND is NOT OK with xhorse 80 adapter, misaligned about 2mm. Solution, manually solder and connect to GND with adapter, Key Tool Plus Pad read no problem. D6 pin on adapter not necessary for read.

The Magicmotorsport tool is separated into two, we have the interface to connect via OBD.
