Here is a review of OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool:

Landrover Freelander2 CEM successfully cloned.

The process isn't easy as you need the password for the module in order to enter security. You need to obtain this with another tool, but I've done all the BCM / CEM shaped like this on Ford, Volvo and Landrover with DC706.

 

Car starts and runs fine. Done a few of these now.
