Alientech KESS3 Read ISUZU Transtron on Boot Mode Tips

 

Quick Question:

Alientech KESS3, has anyone got any tips on soldering to these Transtron chips for boot mode, I see some people use clips but they aren't available in NZ so I really need to solder the 7 pins.

*Users need to solder 7 close pins

Tips on Transtron:

1)OBD them if you have the car / truck

2)Not awful pins are quite close but use plenty of flux and a microscope and you'll be fine if you actually know how to solder

3)Sometimes phone shop repair places will actually solder wires for you. The shops that do micro soldering

Original FoxFlash Read MED9.1 on Bench Tips

Question: MED9.1 on bench will not connect. Bench box with stable PSU, and tried all pinouts but FoxFlash Tool will not read ECU. Solution: Step 1. Disconnect BDM Adapter!! put 12V in FoxFlas h not bench box After that, both MED9.1 still fail. Step 2. Use correct cable to connect, the white cable with red stripes is J1708 cable.
