How to Solve Autel MaxiSys Ultra Screen Freeze?
One customer gives feedback that the screen of his Autel Ultra freezes as soon as he turns it on without a click.
In this situation, please send SN number to your seller to check if it's within update subscription.

How to Refresh Autel Ultra?
1.Download the compressed file, unzip it, and get the "autel_dv1912" folder
2.Copy the whole "autel_dv1912" folder to blank TF card root menu. (The TF card should be formatted to FAT32)
3.Plug the TF card to Ultra card slot
4.Power on the Ultra and it will to go to flash process automatically
Then it should work fine.
